Normally... I'm not a Taco Bell person, they put good stuff out, I just have some odd aversion to their spices that just don't sit well with me. BUT... My local TB finally got on the breakfast bandwagon. I ordered a breakfast crunchwrap with bacon, and oh boy, it was crunchy deliciousness. I could easily see TB becoming my morning "go to" place, for breakfast goodies! My wife, enjoys their other food greatly. And I will say, that at this particular Eastwood location, when we have gone through to get food for my wife, that they have always had the most pleasant people working the drive-thru! Their drive-thru speed, is simply amazing! And the orders that we've received there, are usually 90 to 95% complete and correct. And that's comparing the score of all the nearby drive-throughs around this particular Taco Bell which average between 50% to maybe 75% correct order and complete order. So you could easily see how superior this particular drive-thru service experience is. And the food I received this morning, oh my goodness, so delicious! Every bite was perfect, had just the right amount of crunch, just the right amount of crunchy bacon, just the right amount of fluffy eggs, and delicious cheese, all wrapped in a lightly grilled flour tortilla! Everybody, that had a part in putting my order together this morning, did their job perfectly! I had napkins, utensils, condiments, I had everything that I needed to eat this on the run!

I love this taco bell so much. All of the workers are so nice! On top of the food being good for taco bell, you got all these people who can make the experience better. Mostly that sweet older lady who's there.

The cashier had a wonderful personality. The food was ready fast and was correct. And tasted pretty good.

I Was confused by the drive thru attendant wouldn't let me pull forward, kept sticking his hand out for me to stop. After I minute he stuck his hand out again and gave me the okay to pull forward. Not sure what that was about. My hard tacos were fresh and the new dragon fruit freeze was a sweet treat, but you have to pay for the new salsa Verde.

Theresa was awesome! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a very long time. She was patient and walked me through he options and made recommendations. Customer see was beyond awesome honestly. I would return based off this experience alone.

Best Taco Bell in the Birmingham area. People are nice and they never skimp on the burritos. They've also never got my order wrong despite ordering a few substitutions due to being vegan. They deserve all the love.

This is the best Taco Bell. I’ve been frequenting Taco Bell for over 30 years and this one is #1. The crew clearly cares. They make you feel welcome and serve up quality food fast. I’m not one to write reviews, but this team deserves some credit. Thank you.
